Safeguarding Statement
As an Ofsted Registered setting we have a legal obligation to Safeguard all the children, staff and users of our setting. That includes making sure that all children are cared for and reporting any concerns we have to the appropriate authority in the correct way.
That includes children leaving the setting so please don't get cross with staff if you are asked for a password if a member of staff does not recognise you.
We are only trying to keep your children safe. If you can't remember your password please speak to a member of staff and you can reset it.
Please also remember to let us know if your child/children are being collected by someone else not only to give them the password but to let us know if someone else is collecting or delivering your child to the setting. This way we keep everyone safe.
We are very proud that we are a setting with 100% Safeguarding trained staff at all our sites.
Vicky the manager is the Senior Designsted (DSL) Safeguarding Lead, and Morgan the deputy Manager is the deputy DSL in Vicky's absence.
We will always report concerns !
A court will never ask us why we did report a concern. But they will ask us why we didn't.
So please don't be cross, be pleased your children are being well cared for and safe !

Holiday Activity Funding
To be entitled to HAF funding your child must be getting free school meals because of a benefit you receive such as Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance etc.
You are entitled to claim 4 hr sessions, but they must be booked via the Eequ Site https://eequ.org/experience/2838
Its really easy to book you just need to fill in all your details and the rest will be checked for you via East Sussex County Council you will then receive a notification tell you if your booking has been accepted or declined.
You will be asked to fill in your child's details but please note
**If you booking is accepted we will need you to fill in one of our registration forms which have more detailed information on including a collection password so we can keep everyone safe!
